Flying Car AI Refund Policy

Failed generations
If we cannot deliver your video — the provider rejects the request, generation errors out, or it does not finish within 3 hours — every credit used for that attempt returns to your account automatically. Stuck tasks are checked every five minutes, even after you close the page.
One free redo per purchase
Every purchase includes one free redo. If a finished video is not what you hoped for, choose “Not happy with it? Redo it for free” under the video or in My videos. The credits that video used go straight back to your balance. Each video can be redone once, and unused redos never expire.
Normal AI variation
Each video is a unique AI take, with natural variation in shape, color, details and motion. Use your free redo to try another take; normal variation does not qualify for additional credit returns.
Card refunds
Returned credits stay in your account; they are not refunded to your card. For a duplicate charge, email support@flyingcar-ai.org from the address you bought with and include your Stripe receipt. To refund an unused pack, contact us within 14 days of purchase, before any of its credits are used. After a refund, the matching credits are removed, and a full refund also removes the pack's free redo. Partial refunds remove whole credits in proportion, rounded down.
